Spring 2025

STOKE SPACE

Manufacturing Engineering Intern

Designed, manufactured, and assembled tooling to develop Nova, a fully re-usable rocket. Developed solutions to close out primary structure barrel welds, optical magnification for robotic welding, clamp tooling for barrel ribs, heat treatment fixtures for 3D printed base heatshield panels, and more!

VAST SPACE

Business Development Fellow

Conducting market analysis research on academic payload opportunities & applications in the commercial space station economy for space station payloads in microgravity & artificial gravity environments. Through NewSpace@Berkeley

Summer 2024

SPACEX

Build Reliability Engineering Intern

Worked at the intersection of design and manufacturing for the Merlin engine on the Falcon 9. Developed a IoT system to monitor welding environment for nozzle extensions, implemented NDE methods for welds on Merlin turbomachinery, and designed a system to save inspection hours for Falcon common dome laser tracking.

Summer 2023

FIREFLY AEROSPACE

Mechanical Design Engineering Intern

Designing and launching next-gen launch vehicles with proprietary carbon composite airframe. Worked on Secondary & Unpressurized Structures for Launch Vehicles, working on 24-hour sprints for launches and developed flight hardware that went to space and the moon.

Fall 2023

BERKELEY VENTURE CAPITAL

Fellow

Successfully participated in and completed a comprehensive Venture Capital lecture series, gaining valuable insights into industry best practices and investment strategies. Identified and evaluated a promising early-stage VC investment opportunity (climate-tech startup Carbon Capture), created a compelling pitch deck showcasing key business metrics & market potential, and presented to 100+ VCs and founders in the Bay Area community. Spearheaded project to gather unique database of over 100+ early-stage startups for VCs, networking with Berkeley and Stanford founders.
